  • How do I receive my products once I purchase them?

    We do not ship any boxes or CD's. Once your order is completed you will immediately be able to download your files from the "files" page in your user account. Your files will remain available for you to download an unlimited amount of times unless otherwise specified by the product's License Agreement.

  • Is my order secure?

    Yes, your orders with us are secure. We are committed to our customers' security and strictly comply with e-commerce standards. All of your credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to our payment processing provider using a secure connection. None of your credit card information is stored on our servers.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express on-site with a single purchase limit of $4,000.

    We also accept off-site payment via PayPal with a credit card or existing PayPal account with a single purchase limit of $10,000.

    Both options are presented during checkout.
