Actionscript Media Framework
The Dreamsocket Media Framework includes native ActionScript 2 and 3 Flash components, as well as native Flex ActionScript 3 components. In addition to these drag and drop components, all source code, utility classes, SWCS, intrinsic classes(AS2), API docs (ASDoc form) and example files (for all components) are included to help in the development process.
Access to all previous and future release downloads are made available in customer accounts. Best of all, updates and additions are free for the entire duration of a customers subscription.
The current Flash AS2, Flash AS3 and Flex AS3 drag and drop components include:
- MediaDisplay - capable of playing all playbacks
- ProgressiveNS - progressive h264 and flv video, aac audio
- StreamingNS - rtmp streamed media (mp3, h264 and flv video, aac audio)
- ByteRangeNS - byte range request (HTTP Streaming) h264 and flv video, aac audio
- Sound - progressive mp3
- TimedImage - progressive images (PNG, JPG, GIF)
- SoundWithImage -progressive mp3 and images
- TimelineSWF - timeline oriented swfs
