Challenge
With an online presence and personality like that of Team Coco, a mobile experience that is both useful and engaging is a high priority in today’s mobile economy. Beyond the experience, Team Coco wanted to hit both the iPhone and Android markets, not just one segment.
Solution
Dreamsocket approached the project with both experience in media-rich applications and knowledge of the two mobile platforms and their users. The result is the official Team Coco app for iPhone and Android devices. The apps bring all of the content Team Coco generates for the Conan show into the palm of the user’s hand: Highlight videos, photos from the show, posts from the Team Coco blog, the latest from twitter, and that’s just the home screen. Diving deeper, the user can access the show schedule to stay up-to-date on the guests, see behind the scenes clips from rehearsals, and watch the live musical performances from past shows.
